Boardroom In A Box

Most AV vendors sell boxes. They quote, deliver, walk away — and three months later you’re chasing firmware updates, missing cables and a support number that goes to voicemail.

We’ve watched IT teams inherit four rooms, three vendors and no documentation. We’ve watched executives sit through a 12-minute call to join a 30-minute meeting. We’ve seen procurement get blamed for decisions they were never given enough information to make.

That’s the problem we exist to fix. Boardrooms are where decisions happen — they shouldn’t be where executive time goes to die. So we specify the room first, install it properly, and stay accountable for it. One team. One SLA. One number to call when something doesn’t work.

Jitesh Jeram

Founder & CEO · Sales & Project Delivery

Jitesh holds a diploma in sound and lighting engineering. He spent years in live-event and stage AV production — broadcast-grade rigs, real audiences, no second takes.

He moved into AV integration in 2006 and founded Boardroom In A Box in 2018.

The discipline is the same: a room has to perform on the day. Every install Boardroom In A Box delivers is held to that standard.

Deepti Jeram

Co-Founder · Business Operations

Deepti runs the business behind the install — procurement, finance, marketing and internal systems.

If you’ve spoken to Boardroom In A Box about a quote, an invoice or an SLA, you’ve spoken to a system Deepti built and keeps running accurately.

How we work

Three things we do. End-to-end.

No reseller bias. No vendor lock-in for its own sake. No walking away after install.

Specify

  • We start with the room.
  • We walk the space, scope the network, and understand who actually uses it.
  • Then we specify the brand that fits — Logitech, Yealink, Microsoft, Crestron, Barco, Q-SYS, Poly — and tell you why.

Integration

  • Certified integration teams.
  • Real cable management, the rack you’d be happy to photograph.
  • Every install signed off against the design.
  • Commissioning, client sign-off, and documented hand-over: asset register, network map, room run-book.
  • All of it. In writing. On day one.

Support

  • The team that designed your room is the team that supports it three years later.
  • SLA-backed response and restoration times.
  • Firmware programme, MAC log, asset register kept current.
  • The phone gets answered by an engineer, not a ticketing bot.
