Processing of Personal Information
Personal information processed through this website is only disclosed within our company and to the service providers who help us operate. We distinguish between two types of email. Transactional messages relate to your quotations, orders, invoices, and account. Marketing messages are optional updates about our products and services. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link in each email. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional messages about your active business with us.
Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal information you give us directly. This includes your name and surname, company name, email address, telephone numbers, and delivery or site address where relevant. We collect it when you complete our contact form, subscribe to updates, request a quotation, or do business with us. Consent is collected through an unticked checkbox on our forms, or through our subscription form, which uses a confirmed opt-in process. We keep a record of when and how each consent was given. We keep enquiry and marketing data for as long as you remain subscribed or engaged with us. If you unsubscribe, we retain only the minimum record needed to honour your opt-out. We keep transaction and financial records for the periods required by South African tax and company law.
